THE BRAIN WORKOUT

---Think about it.The brain is an organ which means it grows stronger as it get exercised.A good memory is a skill.So, how to improve yourself?

1)Sit in front of your clock or watch-when you feel ready,concentrate only on the movement of the hand.

Focus on it as if nothing else in the universe exists.Try to do this for two minutes.If you start to think about other thing,then stop.Collect your thoughts and start again.

2)Slowly draw a line by pencil across a blank piece of paper.Concentrate.Each time your mind wander off,mark the place with a kink in the line.When you reach the edge of the paper,double back!

3)As you go to sleep,try to recall everything you felt that day.Anything.Or you can name all elementary school
teacher.You'll become more aware of your attenttiveness.You'll be able to concentrate for longer periods.
